Join the 34th Street Partnership at Greeley Square on Wednesday mornings for a rejuvenating, relaxing, and accessible chair yoga class. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a series of poses and stretches that will center your body and calm your mind.

This class is perfect for people of all ability levels; no experience required. We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable workout clothes.
