Bar Primi

Pastificio! Bar Primi is a casual Italian pasta spot near Penn Station where they make pasta the traditional way. They use a variety of non-GMO semolina and specialty ‘00’ flours, organic eggs, and family recipes to create their shareable menu of traditional and seasonal primi piatti.

Also on the menu: piccolini & antipasti, artisanal salumi & formaggi, vini Italiani (by the glass or bottle), and cocktails.
