Origami Class

Learn the art of creative paper folding in the Japanese tradition. All ages and skill levels are welcome, and materials are provided. No registration is required.

Origami in Plaza33 is taught by Deb Pun, whose interest in origami began in the late 1980s when she bought her first origami box kit designed by Tomoko Fuse at Kinokuniya bookstore in New York City. In 1998, she taught her first origami class when she volunteered at her first Origami USA convention in New York City. She continues to volunteer by teaching origami at origami conventions. Currently, she enjoy folding single-sheet designs of stars and flowers.
